As requested, here’s a closer look at the yarn I was plying in this morning’s reel. I haven’t checked Wpi yet, but it’s 220 yds | 4 oz of Falkland/rose and it feels pretty sport weight-ish in the hand.
I’ve been having quite the plant identification adventure in my stories 😁it’s in my highlights under “growing things” If you’d care to join me!
Alright makers, for this week in the Uplift Make Along it’s time to share your unicorn patterns!
I finally chose in my first project for the Uplift Make Along! I’m making the Salt & Honey Slouch by @hyggecanyon in some gorgeous @knit_picks Chroma Fingering weight (Surf’s Up)

Nailed it. The bottom left is yesterday’s doodle square that I didn’t write down, the top right is my replication of it while I wrote it down. I now need to make a bunch more! They aren’t my normal aesthetic, but I’m enjoying that they use up scraps and the colors are blending instead of my usual high contrast.
